I joined Stamps.com in 2009. At first I was paying $17 + each month and didn't use the service that much, so called to cancel membership, they then talked me into a $10 per month membership. I printed out stamps fine, then at Christmas time, tried their evelope stamping software test. I could not print stamps since. I sent in the forms printed from theor site for over $44 worth of unprinted stamps, all I got was a letter saying the refund wwas denied.
