Used this site to watch football games, however the first game I watched, I was unable to watch the last 2 minutes because it switched to another game. In an attempt to contact the company, I sent them an email requesting a contact # as there was none listed for customer support. They state in the FAQ that you can call or email. They promised a response in 24 hours but 5 days later, I still haven't heard from them, nor can I submit another question because my initial request has not been addressed. I assume they know that most anyone would want to cancel service and therefore do not want to allow the option. read full review »
