Same story as above. Preheating oven when the broiler got hotter and hotter, started to smell the same odor as when teh self cleaner is engaged. That is, VERY HOT METAL !! Could not turn oven off via touch pad off button. Had to flip breaker. If we had been preoccupied we probably would have had a fire in the kitchen. Trying to call Sears and get a live voice...nearly impossible. read full review »
