I made a payment through my online banking (also B of A) just as I have done every month for the past 3 years. The payment was made mid November '09 and it was on time. Two weeks later I received a call stating that I owed a late fee of $47+. While on the phone, I stated that the payment was already made but went ahead and sent in an additional $50 to cover it. Since then, I have received calls from a debt collector every 2 - 3 days because they have not received my payment.
