I have the same complaint as many others. I was with them when they were Bell Telephone. When absorbed by ATT, they changed their cancellation policy. Despite telling their phone solicitor that I would NOT be renewing my policy, I ccontinue to receive bills. When I call to cancel my policy, they say I have to send an ($8) certified letter stating as much. WHAT F-------NERVE! Like others, I will be cheering when I see ATT go up down.
