Listen, this is a rip off! They will charge you and keep charging you and the support number doesn't work. I was finally able to get through to someone by calling 1-866-950-6356. You can also go to www.mytrialsupport.com. Here you can chat with a cusotmer service person but I found them to be unhelpful and somewhat rude. The number is on the website as well.
