I reserved a car thru priceline for at DCA airport. The reservation confirmed with Hertz. When I arrived at Hertz, they told me that Priceline did not send all the information for the reservation so they could not print the contract. I call customer service who then connected me to customer relations who eventually hung up on me. I call again, spoke to customer service and customer relations again.
