Pretty much the same story as everyone else. Ordered product, promised s/h charges of $4.95 as only commitment, gave them my debit card info. Agreed upon charge appeared and I did receive the product within a week. A day or two ago I was checking my account and saw another charge for $83.95. My bank actually called them for me, and after I argued with them for about 10 minutes, they agreed to refund my money.
