I am a poet who has been searching for the right publisher for over two years. I was contacted by Xyllibris Publishing Co. Employee Jethro Aragon collected monies from me to publish my books. Afterwards we disagreed about the scale and payment of royalties. A long story short, after several emails and phone calls they refused to refund monies collected including an overdraft fee. Even though it was agreed that they would do so. Aragon stopped answering my phone calls and emails. (very professional) I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint also including legal action!
