Nationwide Credit withdrew $485 from my checking account on 12.31.09 without my permission or knowledge. I have never done business with them and I do not know who they are. My bank had me submit an affidavit attesting to this fact, advised me they will contact the withdrawing bank and "should" return the funds to my account within 5 business days.
