I ordered what I thought was simply a trial size of South Beach Brite teeth whitening and, when I received it in the mail, a letter came with it saying that if I didn't opt out in 14 days, my credit card would be charged $79.95 every 30 days for a new supply. When you call the company, you get a voice message saying they will automatically schedule you for a call back that afternoon, or within two hours, depending on which option you pick when you first dial in.
