Received my order in a timely fashion. No paperwork!!! that should have been a red flag. Received my credit card statement. Whoa !!! I was charged $106.65 for what ???? 19.99 for cat boards (BOGO)plus 7.95 shipping and additonal 7.95 for Free?? BOGO plus replacement boards does not equal $106.65. I will get in contact with company as soon as they open on Jan, 4, 2010 as my cat is older and not interested in product AND the overcharging as I am returning them. Will find out how to report them to authorities for overcharging. read full review »
