On December 26, 2009, after waiting til after christmas to receive a state unemployment check, I went to Wal-Mart to cash it. I have done this for months since being laid-off from work. I was denied. Was given a number and address to call or write to request information on why I was denied. I called twice and never spoke to a human, all automated.
