I thought I was getting a FREE copy of my credit report-instead I got my credit card billed for $14.95 with no report. Turns out the FREE part is only good for 7 days not the 30 they displayed elsewhere. Called them up right away and got a cancellation number the contact number for Free Credit Reports is 1 866 883 3309- also called my credit card folks and have disputed the billing. Guess in future if I want a report will use snail mail directly to the 3 firms who issue this stuff BE WARNED THERE ARE SMART OPERATORS OUT THERE ! read full review »
