In July 2008 I seek help through a lawyer for a modification, they charged 1500 at front and told me that the remaining will be paid when the modification was complete. The lawyer submitted the paperwork that was requested waited 30 days then and nothing happened, When i called the lawyer he said to resubmit the paperwork becaude the bank needs the updated financials.
