Don't be fooled! If you don't want to be charged a small fortune for the "free" sample, YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM to them DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD. I believe they give you the first month to use the product and return it to cancel further charges. Call 888-948-5508 and cancel the account, verify their address, and send what you didn't use back to them. I ordered SmileBrite and cancelled immediately thinking I had the "free sample" on the way.
