After receiving a unvalidated notice to evict, ten day notice, due to noise, I contacted 3d as to the nature of the complaint. I was directed to a Home Owner's Association. I'm a renter. I have a lease with 3d. Not anyone else. When i challenged the complaint & notice, it was dropped. Yet now I have lost the ability to make Any contact concerning such complaints with 3d.
