I got billed for a charge and I didn't even get an e-mail for this charge! It just appeared on the phone bill. It took me a hour and a half to get this cancelled and the charge removed. I talked to a supervisor which tried to assure me that someone in my household signed up for this and I know for a fact that no one did. I told her that when I looked this up on the internet the first three sites that came up was complaints sites on unauthorized charges.
