Incompetent sales associates. One guy (initials G.M.) told us that we only needed a data plan for one month for our rebates. Turns out 6 were required. We tried to reconcile the charges on the first bill he gave us while we were there, and he just said that he didn't understand the "Other Charges" line, and we should take it up with him if it showed up on the next bill and he would then remove it.
