I bought a 15 piece knife set from JC Penneys about a year ago made by Philippe Richard. 3 months ago the bone shears broke in half while cutting ribs, isn't that what they are made for??? We let that go. Now, the scissors broke and the knives are starting to rust. I would never buy a Philippe Richard product again, we are very disappointed. And since they don't have a website to submit complaints to, I am posting this to warn anyone who wants to buy a Philippe Richard product...Don't!!
