I purchased a Cricket paygo prepay phone on November 28th, 2009. I called the customer service number to activate and gave them my credit card information to process a $75.00 payment for two months of prepaid service. The money was taken from my account the next day, but the phone didn't work, I kept getting an insufficient funds voice message.
