I purchased the product too and was ripped off. Never authorized the charges and did not know about this page to file a complaint, but I have filed a complaint with the BBB and with Contact 6 in my area. Very problematic as my account info had to be changed and it was very inconvient. Rude CSR at TriSlim and no results on the refund. Will need to take further action to get money back, but plan to do that as nothing was resolved by calling customer service. read full review »
