I gave this woman and her company Nerak Capital money for some sort of investment that was supposed to pay a return on investment within 60 days. Since then I have not heard from her or her company. She claims that there was an investment made and yet there is no proof of such an occurrence and she is unresponsive on how the funds were used. Being retired in law enforcement I will pursue this and am meeting with Federal Law Officials to determine the correct charges to file with the FBI.
