In the past when my husband called me from prison in Alabama, I put 25.00 on the account & got 15 minutes to speak with him. On Dec. 31st, I put 50.00 on the account & only got 10 minutes. When he called back I had to put 25.00 more in the account. I got 7 minutes for that call. When I was FINALLY able to get through to Global Tel Link, they informed me I only have 43 cents in the account. I am really upset! I am fighting breast cancer & am on disability & now I can't even tell my husband what happened. Something needs to be done about this company!!
