I ordered a bluetooth device from this commpany, was suppose to be compatable with my phone. Got it in the mail NO instructions notheing but a device and charger. I am new at useing these devices, so I call my cell phone carrier and this IS NOT compatable with my phone so it does not work and I am out $27.00.
