I was totally ripped off by this seller on ioffer.com and now ioffer banned me for reporting the fraud and warning other users on some of his other items for sale. What we need is for anyone scammed by this seller to contact Paypal in the next 3 months and file a claim against them under the (resolution center). 1 person complaining to Paypal will be meaningless. Paypal helps these criminals perpetuate fraud against the honest account holders there and this is heinous.
