I was sold a Sony Bravia 47" T.V. in March of 2007. It was the only one left and therfore had no box or book with it. It was advertised and sold to me as a 1080p, which is what I had been looking for and wanted. Lo and behold two years later I find out it was a 720p. I found my receipt and it sad they had sold me a 1080 p. When I went to the store, the store managers tried to tell me that it was Sony's fault because they advertised the TV as a 1080p and they were just following Sony's specs. Needless to say there was nothing they could do. I learned avaluable and expensive lesson. I will never purcahse a nother thing from Best Buy. read full review »
