Last March of 2008, I emailed direct to discontinue NFL Sunday ticket programming. Somebody responded to my email that it will be taken cared of. Complacent that I was, my husband asked why our direct tv bill is so high. I looked at our bill details and found out that I was still being charged for something I discontinued last March of 2008 starting July of 2008. I called customer service and she found the email.
