PLEASE ADVISE! I am having some serious problems with an individual who does not take rejection too well. This individual, who is a license locksmith, continues to illegally gain access into my apartment and once inside he deface my furniture, drink & eat my liquid and food, he places a powdery and liquid chemical substance, (which makes it extremely difficult to breath muchless remain inside), thgoughout my entire apartment.
