I bought a pc game on 12/29/2009 and was not informed that I could not return it until after I had made the purchase. Note that nothing on the receipt says pc games are non returnable. The game I purchased would not install. I took it back and asked for an exchange. They basically said they couldn't because I could have written down the code (stealing the code). So I wasted my money at The Game Stop. A word of warning--don't shop there unless you want to be ripped off if your pc game is defective. read full review »
