I ordered a phone online with Let's Talk and they mistakenly opened a new account for me rather than upgrading my phone and extending the contract on my old phone. I only found this out after the phone had been shipped and I was given a new phone number. I immediately emailed every Let's Talk address I could find asking for IMMEDIATE help.
