Do not work for them or sign up with them. The owner of this one-who owns Needham, Dedham, and Norwell- and the manager both are dishonerable and untrust worthy. I worked for them for a while. I have heard repeated complaints about over charging with billing, not honoring membership cancellations and freezes. ME in Needham constantly makes errors in it's paperwork, and refuses to correct it. They will not protect client confidentiality either.
