I bought this product to back up my kids DVD game for Wii, so that they could play the copy versions and keep originals in good shape. It was money back guaranteed to work. I tried it out, had massive problems and requested my refund the same day. That was almost 4 months ago. I have sent many emails, and had one Customer Service Rep email me back that it was an over site that I didn't get my refund the first month, I thanked them for the info and have heard nothing since. That was in November 2009. Do yourself a favor and DON'T EVEN TRY THIS software. Its loaded with problems and the service is almost no existent. read full review »
