I had a horrible experience dealing with Electrobrands. After ordering an Olympus 8000 camera through their company, I never heard anything back. I contacted the company, and was told the item was on backorder, and they had no idea when they would receive more. While this was annoying, this wasn't the part that really irritated me - the customer service agent emailing me about my order was extremely sarcastic and rude.
