DealTree has trade-in program for video games. They advertise on their site at Best Buy that trade-ins can be cancelled if 1. no gift card has been issued, and 2. no processing has occurred. I satisfied both of these criteria. I sent trade-in cancellation emails on 26Dec. I called DealTree at 9:33 am 29Dec to ask about the status of cancellation, and the rep said that would not be a problem after she looked at the status of the items.
