I was signed up for California lifeline services. After one year didn't get the new form or the new bill that was now almost double my monthly amount. I called them to make my regular payment of @29.97. Mr. Jose Gonzalez who took the payments, says Oops, I made a mistake. Charged you $75 by mistake. We'll reverse the charges within 48 hours, call you back so that we can make the correct payment. Never got a call, never got my money back. It's been a week now! Will not let this go unnoticed.
