I did the trial for the mugs and the two bags of coffe and cancelled the membership right after the order arrived. 6 months later I was charged $79.00 for two bags of coffe that I did not order. I returned the bags and called to fix the problem. They said that my funds would be returned to me within 72 hours. Guess what, that did not happen and I have not been able to talk to anyone since.
