Sent a letter and an email stating that I wanted to cancel membership. shipment came anyway. I called and was told to send it back but that the only way to cancel membership was by phone. When I received my credit card bill I had been billed $35.94 for 2 lbs. of coffee but only credited for $2.97. When I phoned about this I was told that there was a $25.00 chargeback for returns plus the cost of shipping and handling. therefore I paid almost $33.00 for absolutely nothing. no coffee just a bill. I was never told this on the phone when I called about returning the shipment. very poor customer service and relations. read full review »
