I purchased this vacuum online in June '09 and December 15th '09 the motor broke (a piece of the fan blade on the motor broke off and the motor casing fell apart). I emailed customer service to find out how to go about replacing it on the 16th then called customer service on the 18th. When I was then told the cost of shipping a new vacuum to me- $50, and that I would also have to pay to ship the broken vacuum back, I asked the representative why I had to pay more to replace my vacuum than I did when I puchased it new.
