1-04-09, I got a call from Cox who works at this Tiburon collection agency for Chrysler financial. He was disrespectful, unprofessional, nasty tone, and vulgar in talk. He stated that I knew about my car (which was repo back in September after I lost my job). I try to explain that this was my 1st time even hearing about this car after repo. He vulgar and disrespectfully insisted I knew and don't act like I don't know about the money owed on the car.
