I sent in a phone in August, they received it in September 2009, and to this day, January 4, 2010, I have never received payment for it, although it clearly shows on my "customer dashboard" that they intend to pay me $12.00 at some point in time, maybe. Their customer service has not responded to my 5 emails now to them on this. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Do not use this company for anything! read full review »
