Two problems: When I first ordered the Dual Action Cleanse in Oct. 2009, I decided to return it without using it, but the company has no record of having received it. When they auto-shipped it (which I did not ask for, just wanted the one-time shipment) in Dec. 2009, I decided to give it a try. I started it on a Thursday morning.
