back in aug. i ordered the beanie babies but phone call was cut short i called back they said order never went through i said ok now 3 months later and 360 bucks taken fron credit card i called and talked to cust service they transfered me to cancellation dept she said i could cancel but they would have to ship the beanie babies to me and i would have to ship them back for a refund they haven't even shipped them its been a month since i talked to them and still nothing maybe we all need to call tenn. better bussiness beru.report them as a bad retailer read full review »
