I made an online purchase nov. 10 to continue my trend antivirus coverage...the order was to be charged at $31.95 as per advertised upon purchase...however, my credit card reflects $39.95..which was actually more costly than if I were to purchase the disc and download myself...I have tried on several occasions to get a representative to assist me...with no success, I hope someone will acknowledge this email and help me. read full review »
