Here is the situation: I foolishly requested the sample of ColonAid 700, which I never received. My account was debited $88.97 on Jan. 20, 2009. I called "customer service" on Jan. 21. I explained the situation. The woman checked with the post office and verified that I had not received the samples. I told her I wanted to cancel the account and have the money refunded.
