I've caught directv numerous times overcharging me, doublecharging me for pay per view, and pretty much lying to me about my account activity and the steps they were taking to make corrections. Their customer service is horrible, unless you tell them you want to cancel. Then (and I have nothing against people with accents) talk to someone you can understand, and they promise you the world, only to find out you have to babysit your dtv account and credit card account to make sure they (and they almost never get it right on the first... read full review »
