Phone insurance has been collected for the last year. When phone that was shipped stopped working I called the assurion insurance department that was at the t-mobile website to file the claim. The first gentleman said they would be happy to replace it since the warraty was good for a year and I didnt have to pay a claim. I was transfered to another depatment when they informed me that they refused to replace the phone. They will only replace if it was stolen. I was surprised that they have two different versions in the same company. read full review »
