Colesdale Ltd. is a United Kingdom based company. Too bad I didn't check this out before I ordered my $1.95 sample with $4.00 shipping and handling fee. The shipping fee was never charged, . I did not receive my product in the time alloted so I cancelled the order by responding to their email. The sample was processed anyway and I received it nearly a month later.
