I had to cancel a hotel reservation to Paris for the week of June 16-22, 2009 because I had to have knee surgery on June 4th and was going to be unable to make the trip. I cancelled my reservation on April 29, 2009 when I found out I couldn't go. I had made the reservation on April 2, 2009. I have e-mailed almost a dozen times and get an answer about a third of the time saying the refund is on the way and it never shows up. It has now been EIGHT months since I cancelled. This is the biggest ripoff scam I have ever seen - these people are criminals. read full review »
