Ordered a pair of Danner Womens Hiking Boots on 11-27-09. Outdoor Headquarters debited my account for $188.99. Received an e-mail from them on 12-16-09 that they were unable to supply my order, and the order was canceled, please accept their apologies...blah...blah...blah. I sent multiple e-mails requesting that they refund me immediately, also called customer service several times, phone just rings and rings, no VM to leave a message. Just filed a complaint with the Georgia BBB. Any other suggestions? read full review »
